全闭环设计四自由度微纳米操纵仪MM3E

At the beginning of the last quarter of 2017, we initiated a development project to integrate positional feedback into the MM3A-EM micromanipulator. The goal was to maintain the micromanipulator's form factor as well as its excellent performance specs. Adding encoders to the MM3A-EM's axes allows addressing pre-configured positions such as parking, restore, and standby locations - something that is extremely useful when performing repetitive tasks such as TEM sample liftout. The MM3E (E is for Encoders!) is now ready for release - please feel free to contact us or your local representative for details.
